Garry's mod no working (properly)

Sooo, i downloaded SCSP ( Strogino CS Portal)'s gmod
And when i uptaded it and DIDN'T click on patch, and cloesd window--> started gmod, first a dll was missing and i had to manually download it, then my "options" menu did not work (like a click on it but it did nothing)
The background was black, and when i started play gm_construct the whole game looked... Weird? Some texture were blurry, and error texture, my weapons didn't show, when holding "Q" did not show the spawnmenu
Any solution for this?
