Gmod additional content pack help

When i installed the Additional content pack and opened gmod and clicked the controller icon i couldn’t enable any of the addons i installed. What am i doing wrong? (Btw i installed it directly into gmod and my gmod folder is NOT in the steam folder)

Do not use content pack (37GB) - it's broken. Use only: http://kajar9.wixsite.com/cscheater2/downloads - it is good choose for gmod.

But does it help me to enable ep2 mods like adding stuff to the tools

Content Packs can be downloaded here by removing the -noworkshop from the rev.ini and going to download the conent packs from game banana or gmodcontent.com
