when i tried to paly on a darkrp server with my brother on both of our pcs it said steam validation rejected anyone know how to fix?

i had found a fix on how to paly the new version all i need to know is can i download the addons manualy?

what do i do i tried rebooting my pc and tried to reinstall steam what are my options here?
